What to Shop for at Supermarkets if You're Busy
If you're short on time, these 3 food ideas will help you navigate supermarket isles for the most nutritious, tasty and filling options.

The chill of winter is coming. That means the urge to enjoy soups and other hearty meals to help warm-up is here!
I went to the supermarket for my weekly grocery shop and found three new products that piqued my interest. I must have had convenience in my mind when choosing these products, so let's go with it.
Having a few convenient items on hand is always good when that inevitable can't be bothered cooking, mood strikes.
Let's look at our food finds in more detail.
1. Snack Time Legumes by Edgel
I was so excited when I came across these little legume snacks. Edgell have created a range of different legumes mixed with flavours like Chilli and Olive Oil, Zesty Vinaigrette and more so there's something for everyone.
These snacks are small, convenient and delicious. There's no need to drain them since they're pre-cooked, and they go wonderfully in salads or on their own as a quick savoury snack on the go. I grabbed these at Coles.
2. LaZuppa Soups
These LaZuppa soup kits might be just what you need if you're always on the go. LaZuppa is a convenient soup that's great for work or after school snacks. My daughter enjoys them after Uni. Soups are also great on those days when you work late because they're easy to heat up and serve. They come in many different flavours, including minestrone, pumpkin and chicken noodle soup. I like that vegetarian options are available or meat to suit other preferences.
Enjoy them with bread if you'd like something a bit more filling or by itself. I've purchased these at Coles and Aldi.
3. Coles Kitchen Vegetable Soup Scratch Kit
Last is a veggie-packed Coles Generic Brand Soup Scratch Kit with fresh veggies and a soup base. I've got to admit, I love a good Scratch Kit to help save time!
The veggies are pre-cut to make it super easy to prepare. It's made from Aussie ingredients, which are yummy. You can also personalise the soup by adding other ingredients like pasta or tofu to make it go further. There's also a suggestion to turn it into a curry on the pack, which adds a new dimension. The soup has 6 servings of veggies and takes 20 minutes to prepare.
I hope these suggestions help you get some extra time up your sleeves.
